WORKSHOPS
If you've read our other blog posts about the studio space, you will notice that we love changing up the use of the space to invite other ways of celebrating community and creativity. Like the pages in the products we make, the space of our shop or studio, holds the space for so many wonderful creative expressions.
This last summer THE LITTLE PRESS hosted traditional and modern letterpress printing, pointed pen calligraphy and watercolour brush lettering workshops. These are captured in the beautiful photos by local creative and friend Jasmine Gardiner, a food and lifestyle photographer here in the South West.
When our creative friends from Perth come to visit, we have special workshops through the year - (it's best to sign up to our newsletter to hear about these) like the Intro to Gouache - Painting Flowers & Mini Book by Flora Waycott, or Pinch Pot Making Clay Meditation by Irene Schneider.
A much loved regular to our space has been the wonderful Millie from Maweda Jewelry who has been running regular silver jewellery workshops (I treasure the ring I made and wear it everyday!). Contact her for the next workshop dates, as they are happening frequently.
Our newsletter is the best place to hear about all the news, workshops and the exciting plans we'll be sharing over the next few months! You can find the newsletter sign up on the bottom right of our website footer.
